Coming into this experience I felt really lonely in my life. Like I was floating in a void trying to hold onto something so I didn’t fall apart. The space we created has been so safe and open, that I felt like going forward. Its an experience I’ll be able to look back to and remember where the strength is within myself.

I extend deep gratitude to all of the facilitators and to Barbara and the spirits whom she brought into my life. Each participant demonstrated incredible compassion and wisdom, which I never would have witnessed without this beautiful time together. Many, many thanks.

Not one of us left this experience unchanged. When I first arrived I was prepared to leave early if I did not feel I was benefiting. Ha! Thank God I stayed.  I feel a whole new sense of spiritual direction that I’ve never felt before.
